Returns & Replacements
You may return items sold by MANKINDdog.com within 30 days of purchase for a refund. A written explanation as to why you’re returning the item must accompany (is required) the return. If the return is a result of our error, we’ll pay the return shipping cost; if not our error, we will exchange your item(s), credit your card for the cost of the purchase less the original shipping and handling charges. Merchandise will not be accepted as a return after 30 days of purchase, or if it has obvious signs of use (as determined by MANKINDdog). If you provided us with your email address on the original order, we will notify you of the credit.
