Returns & Replacements
You may return items sold by MANKINDdog.com within 30 days of purchase for a refund. A written explanation as to why you’re returning the item must accompany (is required) the return. If the return is a result of our error, we’ll pay the return shipping cost; if not our error, we will exchange your item(s), credit your card for the cost of the purchase less the original shipping and handling charges. Merchandise will not be accepted as a return after 30 days of purchase, or if it has obvious signs of use (as determined by MANKINDdog™). If you provided us with your email address on the original order, we will notify you of the credit.
